Jailer's dilemma
We will never negotiate with
terrorists.
Then free us. Only then can
we reach a just agreement.
How can we trust you?
You have no choice.
We have guns and police and
jails.
You cannot imprison the
people’s spirit.
It is not their spirit we
need, merely their hands and minds.
Those will desert you too, in
time.
What kind of agreement do you
seek?
One to free us all from oppression,
prejudice and hatred.
What if you die?
Others will replace me.
What do you want from us?
That we become equal
partners, and that your words become deeds.
